laser welsing range.
Truely, if ever a process was designed with the
manufacturing jeweller in mind, it is this revolutionary
laser welding system. It redefines the concepts
of welding by delivering speed, precision and value.
This range of compact, stand alone workstations
from Siro Lasertec look very similar, but broadly
differ in the power output of their lasers. All
produce a surgically accurate beam, variable from
0.2mm right up to 2mm.
This beam is much hotter and better focussed than
'conventional' welding. This virtually eliminates
heat transfer, and prevents discolouring or mess
(no need to buy gold solder any more). The vastly
increased accuracy means you can work on far smaller
or finer pieces with no fear of damage. |

At
just 135cm high, you can operate these machines whilst
seated or standing. Work takes place inside a sealed compartment,
while the operative views the process through a magnifying
lens and interacts using protective hand controls.
For repetitive work or repeat batches, each machine has
a memory containing up to 128 different pre-sets. Go instantly
to the same settings you used when last working on a particular
piece to save time and to ensure consistency.
